#100 Core/Script: Gwenevyn II (raft) does not move

Related Quest: Ride Upon The Gwenevyn 11 (Frostfang Sea): https://eq2.fandom.com/wiki/Ride_Upon_the_Gwenevyn_ll Current behavior is raft is stopped at the ramp and will not move. You cannot use it to go progress the quest line. Workaround: Swim Live behavior is that the raft travels from one island to the other automatically and you wait on the ramp for it to come.
