#10 MD5 Usage is out of date need to migrate to SHA-2 or better

MD5 is not appropriate to use this day in age, we need to move onto SHA-2 or later.

• Need to update reading of the accounts table in the Login server.
• World server needs to submit a SHA based password to the LS when it authenticates a new session.

Depends on fix http://cutpon.com:3000/devn00b/EQ2EMu/commit/6676f66184bf1564b0dc4dc2022cbaf5d76c632e - otherwise account name won't be send from world->login correctly
