#342 lock down fuel component items when tradeskill / crafting in session

red background icon, also need the items to refute selling/destroying/moving/etc

got red background working
disabled destroy, selling the item, moving the item, equipping the item (there are some iffy areas like swap equip and pop, possibly other areas)
