1 -> flag needed in the spawns table to mark a mob as a named encounter
2 -> need a setup in loot_global for Named(uses the field above in the check) -> Minlevel, MaxLevel if possible... having zone in might not be a bad move either as there are multiple zones where all the nameds can drop the same stuff.

we will use value4 in loot_global since it isn't used for anything. Level, Racial and Zone will support the "named_tier" aka value4.

Normal, Heroic, Epic? How many tiers did we want here.
