example: if given_by set to spellscroll BUT set to apprentice 1 and has category and booktype set to say ability, these spells will be given at level specified by spell. setting to apprentice 2 fixes this.

I don't think we have a way in the spells / spell_data table to resemble how the spell should be obtained (auto or scroll)
