#470 Starting stats do not match starting_details table.

Upon making a new character stats (str/sta etc) all show 17. Base stats/Resists are fixed. Updated SQL table to have resists/hp/power/max concentration from prima guide. New races missing. Next up need to set HP/Mana from the table.
