#268 group display issues

after rez, group does now show health regen from party member. see picture.

after level it does not display group member has leveled.. probably true for power/zone too

while in group encounter -> shows lock see pic. also pic shows the level not displaying correctly

confirmed does NOT update zone

while in zone I had no problems with group display, level updates and HP/mana

groups are broke cross zone totally right now because the group_id is getting overwritten as they have to be temporary removed from the group, I see why though will have that fixed for next.

I will add most 'updates' for groups were likely fixed here..: 5bf65b9399
