#320 persist pet name cross zone

pet name should be tracked via the player profile I believe or at least some subset of the character since it can be set by the player.

This also implemented /petname, you can use the right click / pet options to set the pets name directly and immediately. /petname name was designed as live is where you must summon the pet after to get the name.

if you issue just /petname and no arguments that will reset the petname to nothing and it will choose random pet names in the future
