this will serve as more of a discussion that an issue

Basic things we need for this Existing code needs to be looked at. we can lua most of the shit with a require "insert/script/here" with some updateachievement bullshit. some db entries with code for race kill count + crafting count, zone disco locations. zone disco can also be set via zonescript if we want but would need a lua function. a question completion count for repeatables either db or add it to a quest script. db check for faction. db check for skill levels and a db track for tskill combines.
