Fix for issue #475. Menders will now repair attuned/lore items.

This should be fixed with this push.

We had this in the check for repairable items. item->CheckFlag(NO_REPAIR)

However, the NO_REPAIR define is checked using CheckFlag2. item->CheckFlag2(NO_REPAIR)
