#489 pazuzu: weapon delay issue. Primary weapon delay overwrites the delay for secondary and ranged slots. Results in bows becoming machine guns.

So equip a fast weapon in the main hand and bow becomes main-hand delay correct? I think I might see it.

Fix for issue #489. Secondary/Ranged were returning the delay of the main hand.
