#526 Login server known issues

Login Server: - [ ] DoF delete character does not refresh character select -- it does remove the character in 3d visual display, but the text name of the character on the right panel does not remove. Attempting to enter world on that deleted character will crash the client. - [ ] DoF client enters too early (world server isn't up) and it shows the world as down, but never updates the client's characters when world is up.
