  23. The class template <CODE>symmetric_filter</CODE> is tool for generating models of <A HREF="../concepts/dual_use_filter.html">DualUseFilter</A> from models of <A HREF="../concepts/symmetric_filter.html">SymmetricFilter</A>. It is useful for defining filters based on C language APIs.
