#151 solidity on doors/other objects for classic and DoF client

both broke, different reasons, solid -> solid_object needs to be set correctly in code to match struct in SpawnStructs.xml for Substruct_SpawnInfoStruct

DoF client 546 uses 'activity_flags' aka entity_flags to set solidity. However it seems Entities use different bit operands! LFG was getting set to all NPCs before disabling it for entities and leaving for widgets/objects/doors/etc.
