just add more index and info_data and update the info_size to account for the total size

Client gets bogged down without this feature, in the meantime reduced remove spawn from 150->90 and spawn updates from 180->100

revert zoneserver.h changes when this is implemented:

#define SEND_SPAWN_DISTANCE 150 -> 90 /* when spawns appear visually to the client */

#define REMOVE_SPAWN_DISTANCE 180 -> 100
