AltAdvancement e10aedb79d - Fix #549 - DoF inventory can now remove/add items freely. The lower bounds index <=255 is assigned to existing items on zone-in or replacing items in that existing index. Indexed items 256+ will represent new items that have to grow the clients item index array.
